The Ones Who Make It Happen!

Dr. Emily was raised in the suburbs of the Twin Cities and grew up with 2 cats and 2 Westies! Dr. Emily started shadowing a veterinarian as a young girl, which is where her passion for veterinary medicine began. Dr. Emily received her bachelor’s degree in animal science from Iowa State University and went on to attend veterinary school at the University of Arizona! Dr. Emily’s favorite parts of being a vet are surgery, preventive care, and managing chronic illnesses. The favorite part of her days is getting to connect with her patients and their owners.

At home, she juggles two very mischievous cats! One tuxedo cat named Loki, and a black cat named Morpheus. In her free time, Dr. Emily enjoys reading, hiking/camping and visiting National/State parks, and enjoying sports.
